Commissioner Bradford voted to deny the 18 petition.
I understand Commissioner Gilinsky is prepared to 19 vote also to deny the pe ti tion.

4 CHAIRMAN HENDRIE:
I think, oh, I don't know, 5 there was a footno':e that does need *o stay in that you had 6 crossed, but I think we have agreed that that goes in at an 7 appropriate place and such thing.
8 COMMISSIONER BRADFORD:
Wa s tha t 447 9
CHAIRMAN HENDRIE:
Yes.
So I think in fact we 10 have agreement on a draf t, and if you are villing, Vic, why 11 I think we can go ahead.

.18 (Chorus of Ayes.)
19 (Laughter.)
20 CHAIRMAN HENDRIE Okay, we have got that out of 21 tha way.
22 Do we have anything else?
I 23 COMMISSIONER BRADFORD:
Sam, what else were you 24 shooting for on Monday?
25 MR. CHILK:
I have got three other items on 1
ALCERSON AEPoRTING COMPANY, INC, 1

5 1 ten tative af firmation schedule which is91-335 for dealing 2 with Part 61, licensing requirement for land disposal of 3 radioactive waste; 3173, rulemaking to eliminate need for 4 power and alternat - energy sources in OLs; 368, appointment 5 of ACRS member.
6 We do have a number of papers I will get you an 7 update on, the papers tha t are lef t for this Commission for 8 both notation and affirmation that you may wish to address 9 before you go out of business.
You made progress on some of 10 them but there still are a significant number, maybe 12 or 11 14 that remain, some of which I think you would be willing 12 t o 13 COMNISSIONER BRADFORD:
Those are not all 14 affirma tion papers.
15 HR. CHILK:
They are not all affirmation.
Many of 16 them are notations as well but you can basically na ve a 17 prob: an of a vote.

Yes.
19 CHAIRMAN HENDRIE:

24 There were a number of these.
Yo u will remember 25 ve have got several working.

6 1 in in case one of you was late.
2 If we sit down together, why I think, you know, 3 some of them we will disagree on and throw aside and others 4 we can straig. tan o ut language and excute rather than leave 5 with ' Dean PalAadina a great list of miscellaneous items on
.a he has got to come up to speed.
7 COMMISSIONER BRADFORD:
These are things like how 8 to describe the schedule?
9 CHAIRMAN HENDRIEs Well, I don't know.

14 COMMISSIONER BRADFORD:
That is what I was 15 thinking of.
16 CHAIRMAN HENDRIE.
---with some language on it.
17 Tha t would provide us a chance to sit down and cull through 18 those things and just do it if the thrse of us agree.
19 COMMISSIONER BRACFORD:
You don't want to put the 20 awards on tha t list?
4 21 (Laught7r.)
22 CHAIRMAN HENDRIE:
One of the things which I 23 inherited when I came and you inherited when you came in 24 Aug ust of 1977 :,as a set of awa rd ceremony matters and in 25 the natural phasing of things new Chairmen arrive and are ALDERSoN AEPCRTING COMP ANY,INC.
