RLFonner In response to your MAy 28, 1981 memorandum, this is to provide NRC staff concurrence in the Notice of Intent (N0I), enclosed in your referenced memorandum, for the Durango UhTRAP EIS and the associated public EIS scoping meetings to be held June 30 and July 1,1981 in Durango, C0.
As a cooperating agency in the preparation of the EIS, we appreciated the close coordination with you and your staff on development of the NOI in draft form. We were thus able to provide to your staff informal telephone concurrence in the draft NOI enclosed with your May 28, 1981 memort.ndum on May 29, 1981. Any further questions or William M.
