W. Dickerson of this office during the period April 6-9, 1981, of activities authori::ed by NRC Operating License R-125, and to a discussion of the findings with you at tne conclusion of the inspection. Areas examined during this inspection are described in cur report, which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procacures and representative records, interviews witn personnel, and observations by the inspector. Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were identified. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Puolic Document Rocm. If this report contains any information that you believe to be exempt frcm disclosure under 10 CFR 9.5(a)(J), it is necessary that you (a) notify this office by telegnone within 10 days frcm the date of this letter of your intention to file a request for withholding; and (b) suo- mit within 25 cays frcm tne date of this letter a written acplication to tnis office to withhold sucn information. If ycur receipt of this letter has teen ceiayed sucn that less than seven cays are availaole for your review, please l notify this office promotly 50 that a new due date may be estaolished. Consistent with Section 2.790(b)(1), any sucn acplicaticn must be acccmpaniec by an affidavit executed by the owner of the information wnich identifies the document or part sougnt to be withneld, and wnica contains a full stcement of the reasons on tne basis which it is claimed that tne information should be withheld frcm public disclosure.
