Gentlemen:
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. D. R. Gibbons and Dr. L. W. Shatterly of this office on June 26, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 24-02619-02 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. Robert L. Crosby at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of proceduces and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
In addition to the above areas, the inspector examined actions described in your letter dated January 9, 1979, regarding apparent items of noncompliance found during our November 9, 1978, inspection. We have no further questions regarding these matters.
No items of noncompliance with h7C requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
