This letter is in response to the telephone call f rom lAr. W. P. Reichhold January 30, 1981, concerning the clarification of item number two in FAr. fAacfAillan's written re-sponse of the 27th. The following address each specific issue with the revision of number two.
1.
This item deals with the f act that Joint liospital Services, Inc., used by-product material at Piqua IAemorial Hospital and Vhtson TAcmorial Hos-pital which also have specific licenses.
Corrective Action Per a recent phone conversation w;th Dr. Cooper, this itern will attempt to be reconciled following a visit by him to Joint Hospital Services to again review the situation and to determine possible alternative methods of structuring the licenses.

This item d a!s..ith the fact that durior; the inspection there were licensed materials in an unrestricted area which were not secured against unauthorized removal, neither were they under constant sur-veillance, nor irnmediate control.
Carrective Action i
All nuclear medicine personnel were informed and instructed to follow Regu ation 20.207 A & 3-Storage and Control of Licensed fAaterials in Unrestricted Areas.

- 3. This item deais with the fact that radioactive materials were being de-livered to a location other than Joirit Hospital Services.
Corrective Action All radioactive rnatorial is again being delivered to Joint Hospital Ser-vices. As of this date, all suppliers have been notified and deliveries are being made to Joint Hospital Services. Full compliance regarding this point has been achieved.
