This refers to the telephone conversation between you and Mr. D. Wiedeman of this office on June 23, 1981, regarding arrangements for a meeting with you and members of your staff at 11:00 a.m.
(CDT), Tuesday, July 21, 1981, at the NRC Region III Office, 799 Rnsevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this enforcement conference is to discuss the results of our special inspection conducted on May 7-8, 1981, your proposed corrective actions to problems identified in the inspection, and NRC enforcen.ent actions.
