Dear Mr. Stolz:
Due to our concern that surveillance specifications 3.5.K and 4.5.K with respect to scram time testing as submitted in our March 30, 1981 Amendment Application may be interpreted as inconsistent, we are submitting the attached revised pages 133b, c,d,& e which are to be inserted in the Application ~in place of the originally filed pages.
Page revisions are indicated by a vertical bar in the page margin.
In particular, the attached revised pages 133b, 133c, 133d, and 133e provide clarification of the relation between Sections 3.5.K and 4.5.K, with respect to the Technical Specifications pertaining to scram time surveillance.
