VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF ONE INTERVENING PARTY On April 9, 1981, the Administrative Law Judges of the Atomic Safety & Licensing Board issued an order which granted the Petition For Leave to Intervene filed on behalf of the Grand River Wincty.
The undersigned counsel has been notified by representatives of the Grand River Winery that they no longer wish to be a pa ty to this proceeding.
Therefore, we wish to notify the Atomic Safety & Licensing Board that the Grand River Winery no longer wishes to be a party to this proceeding and we request that the Grand River Winery be dismissed as a party to this proceeding without prejudice to any of the other parties.
