LICENSEE'S ANSWER TO UNION OF A
CONCERNED SCIENTISTS' MOTION FOR TRANSCRIPT CORRECTION ca On June 18, 1981, intervenor UCS filed " Union of Concerned Scientists Motion for Transcript Correction," re-questing that the Board make specified corrections to the transcript.
Licensee does not object to the UCS motion, with the following exceptions.
l UCS proposes to " correct" the testimony of Licensee witness Torcivia, at line 6 of transcript page 9328, by I
changing the words "off-site power" to "on-site power."
We i
have consulted the witness with respect to this proposed change, and Mr. Torcivia advises us that the transcript correctly records his testimony.
Consequently, Licensee i
objects to this proposed transcript correction.
Two of the UCS proposed corrections -- one at line 18 of transcript page 8309, and one at line 6 of transcript page 8717 -- do not appear to be directed at the testimony now recorded at that location in the tran-l script and may reflect typographical errors in the motion.
