4 PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-282 License Nc. DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 1980 Annual Environmental Monitoring and Ecological Studies Program Report Enclosed are two copies of the subject document which includes reporting on the non-radiological environmental surveillance activities being conducted under Section 4 0 of the Appendix B Technical Specifications.
Section 1.2 of the report includes annual reporting of the plant cooling system operational mode according to TS-B 2.1 (Amend. 41/35).
This annual report includes two Special Interest Studies which are not required by the Prairie Island Technical Specifications.
The inclusion is to benefit other distribution of *he report.
