Enclosure:
As stated cc: Rest of Service List E In the Memorandua and Order issued by the Licensing Board on March 26, 1981, it is stated that "[t]he fiRC Staff's final SER will not be ready until the end of July according to tiRC Staff Counsel" (p.2). The Staff wishes to note that this statement does not correctly reflect previous representations made by Counsel for the Staff; thus, Counsel had previously stated that the SER would not be published until early 1982, while the FES might be published as early as July 1981. The Staff regrets any misinpression which may have arisen from this statement.
