Dear Mr. Marschall:
This is in response to your mailgram dated April 27, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, information concerning the cost of the transcript of a pre-hearing conference held on April 27, 1981 in Midland.
The transcript which is entitled " Consumers Power Company Midland Plant Units 1 and 2,"
dated April 27, 1981, is available from Alderson Reporters, 400 Virginia Avenue, S.W., Washington, DC 20024, telephone (202) 554-2345.
The cost is $59.60 plus handling charges.
You may order the transcript either by writing or telephoning Alderson Reporters.
In approximately a week, the transcript will be available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
A copy of this document can be purchased by writing directly to the PDR. The document consists of 149 pages.
Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the record to be reproduced by Literature Research Company, a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed by Literature Research Company for the reproduction charges, plus tax and postage.
