Dear Administrative Judges:

Attached is the "NRC Staff Transcript Corrections" for the prehearing con-ference held in Bethesda, Maryland on May 1, 1981. These corrections apply to the Staff's testimony only.

In addition to the attached corrections, it should be noted that on page 34, line 3. I referred to " aluminum cladding". This was in error. As stated in the licensee's Technical Specifications submitted with the license renewal application on page 36, the cladding is "304 stainless steel, nominal 0.020 inch thick". However, this does not affect the Staff's argument at the conference, the gist of which is that the cladding does not contain zirconium.
