Part E., REPORT REQUIREIEriTS_ is hereby revised to require the Task III work to be ccepleted by and the report submitted by ffarch 31, 1981.
B.
Regarding ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORI'A!JCE The period of performance is hereby extended through a completion date of Iiarch 31, 1981.
C.
Regarding ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATI0l(
The arc t.nts in subparagraph 1 and 2 are hereby deleted and superceded by
$143,606.00 (Total Estimated Price), 5134,049.00 (Total Cost) and $9,557.00 (Fee) respectively.
This change results in an overall increase of $2,994.00 for performance of Task III.
