Gentlemen:
In compliance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70.32(e), you are hereby notified of changes in the subject plan as described in Attachment A to this letter. Ten copies are pro-vided.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the physical security plan for Morr!s Operation and therefore were not submitted for approval in advance.
The changes described in Attachment A will be incorporated in the next revision of the subject plan by issuing revised pages for in-sertion in the plan.
The attachment to this letter contains information of a type spect-fied in 10CFR2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be comercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5 (a)(4),
subject to disclosure only in accordance with provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
For these reasons we request that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
