' Ibis estimates makes the assumption that weather conditions are good and the use of enough vehicles to transport everyone without return trips. Ebr the adverse time required to evacuate the above facilities, the 30 percent increase in time used for general evacuation is reasonable.
It is assmed that confirmation of reoval would be an in*sgral part of the evacuation process carrieri out at each of the Special Facilities.
Transient Population Within the 10 mile radius of the plant there are no tourist attractions that could cause a change to the evacuation time estimates presently developed. Prampt notification of the members of the industrial park located within the 10 mile radius of the plant by the City of Red Wing
/Goodhue County Emergency Plan will adequately disperse the limited i
neber of employees. Hunters and fisherman within the 10 mile radius of 4
the plant present no problem of evacuation once they are notified according j
to the procedure of the City of Red Wing /Goodhue County Emergency Plan..
