Transient Population Within the 10 mile radius of the plant there are no tourist attractions that could cause a change to the evacuation time estimates presently developed. Prampt notification of the members of the industrial park ,

located within the 10 mile radius of the plant by the City of Red Wing

/Goodhue County Emergency Plan will adequately disperse the limited i neber of employees. Hunters and fisherman within the 10 mile radius of 4 the plant present no problem of evacuation once they are notified according j to the procedure of the City of Red Wing /Goodhue County Emergency Plan. . ygg 3?
