Enclosed please find a letter from Westinghouse Electric Corporation requesting an amendment to export license XR-133 to add an intermediate consignee for the purpose of fabrication of equipment.
Before taking action on this amendment re:;uest, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures as to whether the proposed export meets the apolicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended by the Nuclear Nonproliferation Act of 1978.
