SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEfl T!!E L'.!!YERSITY OF T0Ltd0 AND THE U. S. flVCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 1st day of January 1931, by and between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter referred to as the
" Government"), cs represented by the UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY C0f0!IS-SION (hereinafter referred to as the " Commission"), and The University of Toledo (hereinafter referred to as the " Contractor"),
WITNESSETil THAT:
as hereinafter WilEREAS, th'e parties desire to modify Contract No. !!RC-04-78-267 provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, including the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act o 1954, as amended.
HOW, TilEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows:

In the prefatory sentence of APPENDIX A, the date " April 1,1981 is substituted for the date " December 31, 1980 In ARTICLE II - THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, the date " April 1,1981 2.
