Dear Administrative Judges:
This is to confirm my telephone conversation of March 9, 1981 with Chair-man Goodhope regarding the date for filing of the Staff's response to the additional contentions of Intervenor Rorem, et al.
Pursuant to an exten-sion of time, from February 26, 1981 to Marcli 2 T981, granted to Rorem, et al. for filing of additional contentions, Rorem, et al. submitted
adifitional contentions" in a document dated March 1 7 1 W 1.
(The postmark however is March 2, 1981). As I explained in the telephone conversation with Chairman Goodhope, I did not receive these contentions until March 9, 1981. Therefore, I requested an extension of time, from March 10, 1981 to March 13, 1981, for filing the Staff's response to the additional contentions of Rorem, et al. Chairman Goodhope granted the Staff this requested exten-sion of tiiEe.
I further stated that the Staff would, however, attempt to file its response prior to March 13, 1981.
