Dear Mr. Conlon:
In our September 24, 1979 letter responding to your August 30, 1979 inquiry regarding the spent fuel pool storage expansion at the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant we committed to send you a copy of the Safety Evaluation when our review was ccmpleted. Due to administrative changes at the NRC, we overlooked our commitment until a recent review of the files.
Enclosed is a copy of the amendment package, including the safety Evaluation for our authorization of an increase in the spent fuel pool storage capacity of both Calvert Cliffs units from 1056 to 1760 fuel assembli s.
This package was issued September 19, 1980.
