Dear Mr. Keppler:
In response to your letter (Reference 1), this is to advise that we do not presently use or plan to use 'echanical snubbers supplied by either International Safeguards Cory ration (ISC), or Pacific Scientific Company at the LACBWR facility.
Approximately 1 manhour of time was necessary for review and re-sponse of this Bulletin and to determine that the Bulletin does not apply to LACBWR.
