This is to confirm that an additional $1,250 is required for your February 27, 1981 amendment request (81-1) to License SNM-ll68.
In addition, the February 27, 1981 renewal application is subject to an additional renewal fee of $180 as specified in fee Categories 2D ($70) and 3L ($110) of Section 170.31 for possession and use of the source and byproduct material.
Footnote 1(c) of Section 170.31 states that these fees are required.
