Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. DPR-51 NUREG-0737 Item Number II.K.3.30 (File: 1510.6)
Gentlemen:
Our letter of February 5,1981 cormitted to provide you a scope and schedule for meeting the subject requirement. This time was necessary in order for AP5L to review a proposal from our reactor vendor to perform this work.
Upon a close review of the proposal, AP6L has determinea that revisions to the scope of the proposal must be made before AP5L can accept it.
This will require discussions with APSL and Babcock and Wilcox in order to arrive at a program which is acceptable to AP5L and will meet the requiracents of NUREG-0737.
AP6L estimates that approximately 60 days will be necessary for development of a new proposal which is acceptable to AP6L.
We therefore corait to provide within 60 days of this letter a scope and schedule for meeting the subject requirement.
