Gentlemen:
A partial submittal of the Arkansas Nuclear One Unit 2 Reload Report for Cycle 2 was provided to you on February 19, 1981.
Enclomd are 20 copies of the two remaining sections of that report which contain the necessary transient analyses and technical specifications.
It has been determined, by the criteria of 10 CFR 170, that this Technical Specification change request is a Class IV complex issue change.
