1 BIG ROCK POINT PLANT - RECIRCULATION PUMP TRIP CONFIRMATORY ORDER Consumers Power Company submittals dated January 22. 1961 and February 26, 1981 provided requested information in response to Ameudment No 38 to Facility Operat-ing License No DPP-6.
The.:e submittals provided emergency procedures and the training program relating to the recognition and mitigation of any Anticipate 6 Transient Without Scram (ATWS) event and Probabilistic Risk Assessment (FRA) results related to the efficacy of a Recirculation Pump Trip (RPT).
Mr W Paulson of your staff has recently informed us that these submittals should be submitteJ under oath and affirmation.
Therefore, please find attached the requested statement of affirmation which is applicable to bc,th submittals.
