O APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION South Carolina Electric and Gas Company License No. CPPR-94 Based on the NRC inspection November 4-6, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by 10 CFR 19.11, current copies of Parts 19 and 20 of Chapter 10 to the Code of Federal Regulations, the license, and operating procedures document specifying where these documents may be found, and a form or a NRC-3 must be posted wherever individuals work in or frequent any portion of a restricted area. By-product material license SNM-1834 states that the licensee is subject to all applicable rules, regulations and orders of the NRC.
Contrary to the above, on November 5 documents specified in 10 CFR 19.11 where not posted at the construction workers entrance to the restricted area nor the Fuel Handling Building in which unirradiated licensed fuel is being stored.
This is a deficiency.
