Gentlemen:
Your issuance of NUREG-0737 (Reference 1) summarized requirements for post Three Mile Island action items.
Our response (Reference 2) specified one item, III.A.2.1 - Revised Radiological Emergency Response Plan, where the date outlined in NUREG-0737 could not be met.
In our response (Reference 2), we indicated that the revised date for completionand submittal of our revised Radiological Emergency Response Plan would be March 2, 1981.
This revision of our Radiological Emergency Response Plan will require additional time beyond that requested in Reference 2 due to contracting outside consultants to work with DPC technical staff engineers in finalizing a more thorough final draft of our Revised Radiological Emergency Response Plan which will consider all applic-able criteria specified by NUREG-0654, Rev.
1.
Our revised date for i
submission of our Revised Radiological Emergency Response Plan will be March 31, 1981.
In addition, all Revised Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures commensurate with specifications of NUREG-0654, Rev.
