As required by item 2.C(9)(a) of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Operating Licenas DPR-77, enclosed is an engineering report which addresses the steam generator camera inspection device. This report includes the description, results, and conclusion of the preliminary tests performed using the device. We believe this device is a satisfactory alternative to the proposed inspection ports.
