Dear Ms. Ronvik:
The Appeal Board assigned to the above-styled pro-ceeding has requested me to respond to your October 13, 1980 letter.
The answer to most of the questions posed in that letter can be found in the " ORDER FOLLOWING PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE", which was entered by the Licensing Board on August 7, 1980.
A copy of that order may be examined in the Local Public Document Room for the Bailly facility, located in the West Chester Township Public Library, 125 South Second Street, Chesterton, Indiana.
Should examination of it at that location be inconvenient, the Secretary to the Commission is pre-pared to furnish a copy to you upon request.
Such a re-quest should be directed to the Docketing and Service Branch, Office of the Secretary, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D. C.
20555.
Insofar as your last question is concerned, the Appeal Board has not as yet decided the appeals of Dr. Schultz and the joint petitioners, City of Gary, Indiana, et al.
