October 23, 1980 ORDER GRANTING ADDITIONAL TIME FOR FILING PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT on October 15, 1980, Portland General Electric Company filed a motion for seven additional days to submit its proposed findings of fact--from October 15 to October 22.
The motion stated the other parties had no obj ection if they also dere granted the additional time.
Due to official travel, etc. the motion did not reach the Board until October 23, 1980.
The motion is granted and all other parties will each have an additional seven days from the filing time stated in the Board's Order of October 1, 1980.
