FINDI!1GS RELATED TO THE PROPOSED IMPORT OF 580 GRAMS URANIUM, EflRICHED TO 70% - ISNM80010 On September 4,1980, General Atomic Company recuestec a license authorizing the import of 530 grams of uranium, enriched to 70% U-235, contained in three FLIP Triga fuel elements, from Mexico.
The proposed import was authorized previously by license IStPt78023, which expired before the import could be made.
The findinos made in connection with ISNM78023 remain valid and it is recommetided tnat this license application be approved.
