Dear Sir:
In accordance with l'J CFR 50.59(b) Boston Edison hereby submits a report containin! a brief description and a safety evaluation of all design changes implementt at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station during the previous year.
This report encompasses reportable modifications implemented between July 1, 1979 and June 30, 1980 which were made, as authorized by 10 CFR 50.59 (b) without prior Comission approval, and tests and experiments not described in the FSAR which were performed under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59.
