l In response to the questions raised regarding the Philadelphia l
Electric Company response to Item D of reference (a), we have l
the following additional information:
With regard to the question as to which sampling plan in MIL Standard 105D was being employed, we are using inspection level II from Table I and Table II-A - single sampling plans for normal inspection.
Use of this plan necessitates an AQL of less than 0.010 since no rejects will be acceptabic.

A memorandum was issued to the superintendents that was required to be read by every individual responsibic for hanger l
installations.
The memorandum directed that no material j
substitutions be made to any permanent plant hangers without prior engineering approval.
