Dear Mr. Norelius:
In accordance with 10 CFR 70.59, Cimarron Corporation reports the release of SNM in effluents to the unrestricted area during the-second half of 1989.
This report covers activities performed at the Cimarron Corporation Cimarron Facility near Crescent, Oklahoma.
This is the last report which will include the Plutonium Plant, License SNM-1174, since decommissioning and decontamination of this facility was completed during the second half of 1989.
The NRC verification. survey of the Plutonium Plant was performed during October 1989 by Oak. Ridge Associated Universities (0RAU) and we anticipate that the license for the Plutonium Plant will be terminated by NRC in the near future.
