s We have reviewed the Site Investigation Report for the Cimarron facilities that you submitted on October 9,1980.
Our main concern is that the report does not contain an adequate model of groundwater movement on the site or an analysis of the uranium concentrations that might reach members of the public by groundwater pathways.
Our detailed comments on this and other points i
are enclosed.
