ORDER Oral argument on the appeals of the Massachusetts Attorney General, the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, and the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution (joint appellants) from the Licensing Board's memorandum and order, LBP-89-28, 30 NRC 271 (1989), will be held Wednesday. March 28, 1990. at 10:00 a.m.
in the NRC Public Hearina Room.

Each side is allotted one hour for argument.
The applicants and the staff, as appellees, shall divide their time as they see fit.
