reference to item 3 of your December 6,1989, letter to Mr. Leland Rouse, your operating authority, except for decommissioning activities, will terminate on October 30, 1990.. However, subsequent to October 30, 1990, the license will continue in'effect entil the Commission notifies Rocketdyne in writing that the n
. license,is terminated. At the time Rocketdyne discontinues operations at the facility, it should submit an NRC Form 314 in accordance with 10 CFR 70.38(b).
