The relevant enriched UF6 will be delivered at the U.S. D.O.E. Portsmouth Enrichment Plant in Piketal, Ohio. After being exported to Japan, it will be cartverted to U02 powder, pallatized and fabricated into fuel assatlies by Mitsubishi Haelear Fual, 12d.
