Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has not received a response from Combustion Engineering (CE) to our August 31, 1988, letter with comments on
.CE's August 1987, revision of your Topical Safety Analysis Report for the Combustion Engineering Dry-Cap Cask for an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (Dry Storage). Since there has been no progress on this review since 1988, I em requesting that CE either respond to our August 1988, letter or. withdraw its topical report by March 30, 1990.
If. NRC; staff receives to response from you by March 30, 1990 NRC staff will terminate this review and destroy proprietary material submitted and docketed under this project.
