January Monthly Operating Report Pursuant to Technical Specification Section 5.9.1, and 10 CFR Part 50.4(b)(1),
please find enclosed one copy of the January 1990 Monthly Operating Report (MOR) for the. Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1.
Section I.B.' of this MOR lists changes, tests and experiments carried.out without Commission approval and consists of the monthly 10CFR50.59 report.
Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) will now provide these 10CFR50.59 reports on an annual basis with the first submittal being March 1,1991. Therefore, this section of the MOR will be deleted beginning with the February, 1990 MOR.
