'of Certificate of Compliance No. 9189 for the Model Nc. 9189 package. Since an application was submitted at least 30 days prior to eniration of the Certificate of Compliance, the Certificate of Compliance will not be deemed to have expired until the applications has finally been determined.

'In connection with our review, we need a consolidated application. The consolidated application should include the references in the Certificate of Compliance, i.e. the.UNC Naval Products application dated February 2,1984, as well as supplements dated April 25, June 1 and June 21, 1983. The consolidated application s1ould also include sections.on Operating Procedures and Maintenance Programs in.the format of Sections 7 and 8 of Regulatory Guide 7.9.
Note that the Certificate of Compliance may be conditioned to specifically cite the

Operating Procedures and Maintenance Program.
This information should be provided within 90 days from the date of this letter.
