POTENTIAL INTIMIDATION OF FORMER QC INSPECTOR The purpose of this supplemental PN is to update the information provided in PNO-ADS)-90-02 dated Februar was provided by TU Electric'y 5,1990. NRC review of the police report, which s Corporate Security, indicated that the subject phone call did not directly imply a death threat and that statements contained in the police report indicated that the call was not as serious as originally characterized.
TU Electric Corporate Security has offered to provide assistance to the local law enforcement agency.
The NRC does not plan to issue a news release.
The Comanche Peak Project Division received initial notification of this
- occurrence by a telephone call from one of the QC inspectors on February 3, 1990.
The information presented herein has been discussed with the licensee and is current as of 7:00 a.m. (CST) on February 15, 1990.
