I MEMORANDUM The Appeal Board tentatively has decided to hold oral argument on April 18, 1990, in Bethesda, Maryland, concerning the emergency planning matters raised in intervenors' appeals from LBP-89-32,.LBP-89-17, LBP-90-1, and related rulings.
If counsel for-any party.that intends to participate in oral argument is unable to attend-on that date, he or she should notify the Board in writing, with copies served upon all other parties, no later than March 2, 1990.
Counsel should provide a brief explanation of why he or she is not available on that date.
