-Enclosed are proposed Appendix A Technical Specifications relating to the Alternate-River Water System for Beaver Valley No. 1 Unit.

The required three (3) signed . originals of this letter and sixty (60) copics are provided.

4 .This Requent-for Amendment to the Operating License.is being made in v accordance with July 24, 1976 letter from Mr. Stolz of the Division of 1 Project Management. 'Mr. Stolz's letter stated that the design of the Auxiliary. River Water System has already been documented and safety analysisz M
