Two appeals, each from a different Licensing Board decision in this proceeding, are pending before us -- (1) the appeal of Thomas J. Saporito, Jr., and the Nuclear Energy Accountability Project from the Licensing Board's January 16, 1990, memorandum and order denying their petition to intervene, LBP-90-5, 31 NRC
- and (2) the appeal of the Center for Nuclear Responsibility (CNR) and Joette Lorion from the Licensing Board's January 16, 1990, memorandum and order ruling on the motion for summary disposition, LBP-90-4, 31 NRC The brief in support of the first appeal is already on file.
In the interest of judicisi economy, these appeals are consolidated.
- Thus, each appellee is to respond to both appeals in a single brief.
