TVA letter to NRC dated January 12, 1990, "Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) - Technical Specification (TS) Change 89-02" 8ased on telephone conversations between Jack Donohew of your staff and SQN Regulatory Licensing, TVA is submitting a change to the wording proposed for TS 3/4.9.8.1 and associated bases as provided in the referenced letter.
The
-enclosed TS pages, which contain the revised wording, supersede those contained in Enclosure 1 of the referenced letter.
The reasc,n and justification for change and the Environmental Impact and Significant Hazards Evalua+1ons previously submitted in the-referenced letter remain valid.
