ORDER MODIFYING LICENSE AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION Dy memorandum dated February 8,1990, the Comission approved the issuance of an Order Modifyin Company (Fermi 2)g License and a Notice of Violation to the Detroit Edison This action is based on a number of violations occurring during the 1984-86 time period involving deliberate Material false Statements and failures to properly evaluate construction deficiencies and provide complete and accurate information to the NRC staff.
Accordingly, an Order Modifying License and a Notice of Violation have been issued today.
Under the terms of the Order, the licensee may request a hearing within 30 days of the date of the Order. The licensee also has 30 days to respond to the Notice of Violation.
