Enclosed is an export license application from Westinghouse Electric Corporation, dated January 18,1990,- for the export of mechanical plugs to the Institut ZA Elektroprivredu in Yugoslavia. The mechanical plugs will be used -

by the Institute for qualification of the Westinghouse mechanical plugs. A l

related export license application (XCOM1032) for the export of mechanical plugs to Bulgaria was forwarded under separate cover.

Please note that the applicant's cover letter contains company proprietary'information and will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. This infnrm; tion should be given l

corresponding protection during the Executive Branch review process.
