The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $340,000.00.

Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Under Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, subsection B.2, o

Consideration and Obligation, the first sentence of paragraph b. is deleted'in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu-thereof:
