' Abstract: NRC Form 241 is required to be filed with tiRC by any Agreement State licensee who engages in activities (use of radioactive byproduct material) under the general license in 10'CFR Section 150.20. This notification permits-NRC to schedule inspections of the activities to determine whether the activities are being conducted in accoroance with requirements r-for protection cf the public health and safety.
